For over 30 years, the New Wave Singers of Baltimore ("New Wave") has been a community of gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, and straight people (GLBTS) making music that matters. We perform in a wide range of musical styles -- from traditional choral music to pop, gospel, jazz, and Broadway. Our voices have brought world premieres to Baltimore audiences, and taken the works of Baltimore composers to international events.

We want our music to promote justice, peace, and harmony. We celebrate life in all its diversity! We share our message through concerts, regional events, and a fundraising Cabaret Showcase.

Our next major concerts are titled "Connections", and will be held on Saturday, June 10th, at Grace United Methodist Church, and Tuesday, June 13th, at Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

We hold auditions in August and January. New Wave is a member of GALA Choruses, which represents the gay choral movement in the United States. We are non-profit 501c3 organization, relying on member dues, ticket sales, donations and grant funding.
