Audition and Sing with New Wave!

Do you like to sing and would like to join New Wave Singers of Baltimore? We invite you to audition!  At the audition you will be greeted by a member of the chorus, then you will sing privately with the Artistic Director.  He will check your vocal range and your ability to match pitch. You do not have to prepare any music in advance.  Please fill out the New Member Audition Form prior to coming to the rehearsals. You may also complete a print version of the form and bring it with you. If you have any questions or need more information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Audition Dates/Times

We rehearse every Tuesday night from 7pm to 9:30pm in Sharp Hall at Govans Presbyterian Church. We have two major concerts a year  in December and June (typically two performances of each on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon) and one Showcase, featuring individual members and small ensembles (March). There are other performance opportunities that come up during the year and a full calendar is given out at the first rehearsal.  Chorus members are expected to participate fully in rehearsals and sing in all standard performances and outreach performances.
